Hanna

Hobby · laser engraving · xTool

Wood coasters, key fobs, small gifts. The trial costs nothing, and with the XCS file she opens the order straight in xTool Creative Space.

Marc

Business card and name plate printing

Wants customer designs with a fixed layout, no proofreading. Asks his AI which designs are up today and gets PDF/X-1a for the external printer.

Lisa

Wooden pendant studio

Many wood variants in the material library. Lisa downloads the XCS file, opens it in xTool Creative Space, the layers are already split; she sets speed and power herself.

GravurMeister

Premium engraving · pendants and tags · own software

High-value pieces and large orders. The per-item cap keeps the fee small on expensive pieces. Shopify’s orders/create webhook hands every order with design link, preview and dimensions to his own system — no setup in Etchify.
